Egg curry

Ingredients:

8 hard boiled eggs, shelled

1 cup water

1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

2 medium-sized potatoes

1 Bottle PT Curry Sauce

 

Instructions:

Hard boil the eggs and then shell them. Make a slit on each side of egg for sauce to penetrate. In a medium-sized saucepan, empty the whole bottle of PT Curry Sauce. Add water, potatoes and salt and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked. Add the eggs and cover and simmer for additional 3 minutes.
