Cauliflower & potato curry

Ingredients:

1 large cauliflower, florets separated and cut in half

1.5 teaspoons salt, or to taste

2 medium-sized  potatoes, cut into cubes

1 bottle PT Curry Sauce

3 tablespoons butter or oil

1/2 cup water

 

Instructions:

In a large saucepan, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add cauliflower and potatoes, sprinkle with salt and fry them for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the whole bottle of PT Curry Sauce. Stir to coat vegetables. Add water and bring it to a boil before lowering the heat and simmering for 10-12 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Do not overcook. If the sauce is too thin, cook uncovered a little longer.
